We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard or other assistive technology.

Our target
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What the site does
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, starts with a “Skip to content” link and shows where the keyboard focus is.
- Images that carry information have text descriptions, and each page is marked with its language: English, Spanish or Chinese.
- The “Pause motion” button at the top of the home page stops everything on the page that moves on its own. Moving parts also stop while you point at them or move keyboard focus into them.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, nothing on the site moves on its own.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are described in text.
- We have checked the pages with automated accessibility testing and by keyboard.
Known limits
The maps are provided by Google and may not work well with every assistive technology. Each office’s address, phone number and directions link are written next to its map.
