Privacy Policy

This policy explains what the Mobile First Notary website collects, how it is used and which outside services are involved.

Last updated: October 2026

Mobile First Notary is a mobile notary service in Arizona with offices at 15333 N Pima Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260 and 301 W Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85003. In this policy, “we” means Mobile First Notary.

Our Free Quote, Contact us and Apostilles forms ask for your first and last name, your email address and a message. Depending on the form, they also ask for your phone number, the type of document or a subject, and whether you would like to sign up for news and updates.

A form also tells us which page of the site you sent it from.

We use what you send to answer you, give you a quote and arrange your appointment. If you tick “Sign up for news and updates”, your request tells us so.

  • Your form is emailed to our team mailbox, Team@MobileFirstNotary.com, through Google’s email service.
  • We record that a form was sent, which form and when, so we can count requests. That record does not include your name, contact details or message.
  • To stop misuse, the site keeps a scrambled code (a one-way hash) made from your internet address and from your email address for one day, and uses it only to limit how many forms can be sent.
  • When you send a form, Vercel BotID, a security check from our website host, runs in your browser to tell people from automated programs. It may set a cookie for that check.
  • Hosting: the site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives each request your browser makes, including your internet address and browser details.
  • Maps: our pages show Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies under Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • Reviews: the ratings and reviews on our pages come from Google. Reviewers’ profile pictures, when shown, load from Google.
  • Fonts and images are served from our own site.
  • Links to our social media profiles and to other sites take you to those sites, whose own policies apply.

The site does not use analytics or advertising tools. Apart from the bot check and Google Maps described above, it does not set cookies.

You can call us instead of using a form. To ask what you have sent us, or to have it corrected or deleted, email or call us.

When the site changes how it handles information, we update this page and the date at the top.
